The bonus point win sees the Green and Whites in fifth place in the Championship behind Exeter Chiefs.

Delaney said: "Getting a bonus point win at Moseley is very difficult but we moved 17 unanswered points in a period when we were up 21-3.

"We lost a bit of composure and rose to a bit of niggle which didn't help but at the end of the day in the last 10 minutes we were looking pretty good.

"We got the driving game going and it shut the game down so a bit of dominance there got us through.

"It's always nice to get a five pointer with the four tries - it's good to see.

"Moseley scored a couple of good tries but they are regrouping at the moment after a couple of big losses.

"It was another hard game for them but we know how good they can be.

"You only have to look at the cup final last year where they beat Leeds at Twickenham, they can be a very good side.

"Every year we go to Billesley it's a close game that we know could go either way until the very end, we just came off right this year."

Nottingham face the Birmingham and Solihull Bees at Meadow Lane on Sunday and Delaney is expecting it to be another hard game for his side.

He said: "It will be much the same on Sunday. It will be a tough game and maybe even tougher than against Moseley.

"The Bees are a good broken field side with a very limited amount of structure and if you give them space you could be in trouble.

"These are the kind of teams that if you give them that time and space they will score - that's rugby."

Nottingham take on The Bees at Meadow Lane this Sunday (kick off 3pm).
