Green Army AGM

The Nottingham Rugby Supporters' Club, The Green Army, will hold their AGM tonight at 7.30pm at the Canal House pub in the function room.

Anyone who is interested in the function of the Green Army or its activities is welcome to attend.

The agenda is as follows:

1. Apologies
2. Minutes of last AGM (to be sent out before meeting)
3. Chairman's Report
4. Financial Summary/Acceptance of Accounts - to be provided at the AGM
5. Review of Last Season's Trips and Look Ahead to New Season inc. B&I Cup
6. Election of Officers and Committee (incumbents in brackets):
Chairman (Graham Sykes)
Hon. Secretary (Julie Sykes) - Julie is standing down so this position is vacant
Treasurer (Richard Harbour)
Committee members (Janet Allen, Gareth Lowry, Stuart Nesbitt, Ash Starr) - there will be no increase in committee size at this AGM

Anyone wishing to stand for election as an officer or committee member, other than those stated above, should state their intention to do so ASAP.

The position of Secretary is available as Julie will be standing down due to time pressure from other activities.
