Mediaeval Meadow Lane - Sunday 5th April

The "Fortress" at Meadow Lane will be transformed into a mediaeval showground for the visit of London Welsh on Sunday 5^th April.

Nottingham Rugby, with the support of the Knights of Nottingham, will be launching the Robin Hood Jousting Spectacular which is set to take place on the 3^rd of May at Nottingham Castle.

The George versus the Dragon clash, between the Green and Whites and London Welsh, will take centre stage on the field but the Knights of Nottingham will be close at hand to issue a challenge to their evil enemies.

Will Robin Hood be able to defeat the Evil Sheriff and help save Professional Rugby in Nottingham?

This is not a Fairy Tale....The fate is in your hands; miss it at your peril!

The Knights of Nottingham will issue their challenge at half time with a sword battle but to see all of the Jousting action unfold you will have to visit Nottingham Castle on the 3^rd of May for the Jousting Spectacular in aid of Nottingham Rugby.

Gates at the Castle will open at 11:30am with food stalls and real ale on site.  The first show will begin at 1pm.

It will be an all action family event not to be missed!
