from the Green and Whites holiday camp:
- Fully qualified RFU coaches
- High standard of coaching
- Three fun-filled days of rugby skills and drills
- Appearances and coaching from first team players
What are Green
and Whites May holiday camps:
Loved the Easter coaching camps? Love playing rugby? We are
pleased to announce that we have confirmed a three day coaching
camp for the end of May half term break for children aged 5 - 12
years old.
The camps are from 9.00am till 3.30pm at Lady Bay - Nottingham
Corsairs Ground
- Wednesday 29th May
- Thursday 30th May
- Friday 31st May
The coaching camp costs just £20 per day, or £50 for all three
days, which will be delivered by RFU qualified coaches.
The coaching camps will incorporate a variety of skill based
drills, game play, position specific activities and tactical
awareness training. This will be through some innovative training
programmes, multi sports activities and fun games.
The type of activities includes:
- Rugby Skills
- Tag / Contact skills
- Speed, Agility, Quickness (SAQ)
- Hand, eye coordination drills
- Specialist coaching clinics
- Controlled games
- Movement skills
Additional
Information
All participants are advised to bring trainers and boots,
appropriate clothing is advised.
If your child is in year 1, 2 or 3 they will be doing Tag
Rugby, if they are years 4 onwards they will be required
to bring a gum shield.
Participants are required to bring a packed lunch, a non fizzy
drink, and some snacks
