THE Green and Whites would like to congratulate two of its support staff for selection in the Notts, Lincs and Derbyshire under-20 side.

Nottingham Rugby community coach Josh Salathiel, 19, and community team administrator Dan Young, 18, will suit up for the representative match against North Midlands in Derby on Sunday.

It is the first time both players have been selected for NLD.

Prop Salathiel and winger Young are both members of Midlands Four East (North) side Nottingham Corsairs.

Young was thrilled to break into the representative ranks having stepped up to senior rugby with Corsairs this season.

"It is a real honour to play for my County, and it's even better to team-up with Josh who I work and play with on a daily basis," Young said.

"It's guaranteed to be a challenge, but I know the lads have gone through a tough selection process and we are fully prepared and ready for the game."
