WE love green and white at Meadow Lane, but for one day a year we take pride in going pink for a good cause.

That resplendent occasion is finally here with Nottingham Rugby's second annual Ladies Day being held in conjunction with out HALF-PRICE BIG DAY OUT on Sunday (October 7).

This year, Nottingham's highly anticipated meeting with RFU Championship newcomers Jersey will be the backdrop to the charity event.

The club is proud that the Nottingham Hospitals Charity Breast Cancer Appeal is the good cause that we will be giving to this year.

For £25 (+ VAT) you will be treated to a truly memorable day, of good food, entertainment and, of course, explosive rugby action.

Following the huge success of Nottingham's dramatic colour change last season - swapping the green and white for the eye-catching pink and white - the club will again take the field wearing a one-off charity kit.

Those pink shirts worn against Jersey will be auctioned off immediately after the game in both the hospitality suite and the Meadow Lane Sports Bar.
