students in contention, and a late penalty from George Eastwell,
quickly followed by an unconverted try from full back Alex Davis,
made it 12-8 at the break.
A second penalty in the opening minutes of the second half
brought Loughborough back to within a point, but it was Nottingham
who continued to get the better possession.
They soon forced a penalty try to make it 19-11, and went on to
add another couple before the students broke away to send winger
Jack Pons clear in the final move of the game.
