Nottingham boosted by the return of top scorer Tiff Eden ahead of Jersey trip

Nottingham Rugby will be hoping to bounce back from last Friday’s heavy defeat to table-topping Bristol when they take on fifth-place Jersey Reds on Saturday at Stade Santander.

Boosted by the return of top scorer Tiff Eden, Head Coach Ian Costello has named four changes to the starting line-up that faced the league leaders on Friday night at The Bay.

In the backs, Murray McConnell comes in at scrum-half, while Tiff Eden, who was out due to a hamstring injury in the previous fixture, takes up his usual position at fly-half.

Gearoid Lyons, who has played at 10 for the previous two fixtures, moves back to inside centre with Will Millett on the outside. Joe Cobden and Billy Robinson take up the left and right wing with Sean Scanlon at full-back.

In the pack, Rory returns to the side at prop, he is joined by Shane Buckley in the back row. Jordan Coghlan, who has played well at number 8 in recent weeks, moves back to his usual position at flanker.
