Jason Sivil, who has been the clubs Lead S&C coach for two years, will be joining the S&C team at a Premiership rugby club from July 2019.  Jason was an excellent addition to the teams’ programme, bringing his biokinetic experience to the club where he has tailored individual training programmes for the senior squad.

Jason has also worked and supported the programme delivered by Nottingham Rugby for Nottingham Trent University, where he has provided the highest quality environment for young developing players to succeed in the game and transition into the Nottingham Rugby squad.  Many players have benefited from Jason’s expertise and also knowledge and he will be a hard act to follow.

Jason said of his time at Nottingham: “I’ve had a wonderful two years at the club and I have loved every minute of my time with Ian Costello and then Fowksey as Head Coach.  Nottingham is an amazing club and I wish everyone there well, but the opportunity to work in the Premiership was ultimately too good an opportunity to turn down.

Steve Smith the club’s Chief Operating Officer said “Jason has been great for the club and players in both programmes and will be a hard act to follow to keep our standards where they are.  Two of our coaching team have gone to Premiership Clubs this year with Cozzie going last year which again shows the wider value of the Championship to the game in this country.  We wish Jason well on the next step of his career.”
