WELCOME TO MATCHDAY AT THE BAY

By Car

  • Driving to The Bay — The Bay is located at 1 Holme Road, West Bridgford, NG2 5AA. Limited on‑site parking is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Additional parking can be found in West Bridgford town centre (10–15 minutes’ walk). Please note that due to ongoing construction works, we will not have Scarington Road available for parking use.

By Bus

  • Bus routes — Nottingham City Transport services run regularly from the city centre to West Bridgford. The closest stops are on Loughborough Road and Bridgford Road, both around a 10–12 minute walk to the ground.

By Train

  • Train travel — Nottingham Station is the nearest major rail hub. From the station, The Bay is a 30–35 minute walk, or a short bus/taxi ride.

Walking

  • Walking routes — From Nottingham Station, follow the riverside path towards Trent Bridge, then continue through West Bridgford to Holme Road. From West Bridgford town centre, The Bay is a 10–15 minute walk.

Cycling

  • Cycling to the stadium — Supporters can cycle to The Bay via riverside cycle paths. Limited bike locking points are available near the entrance.

 

Season Ticket Holders

  • Using your season pass — Your digital QR pass is stored in the TicketCo Wallet and will refresh automatically for each home league fixture.
  • Entry process — Have your QR code ready for scanning at the entrance. One scan = one entry.
  • Associated fixtures — Your pass includes all home matches this season, including 13 league matches, a pre-season friendly, and 2 mid-season friendlies.

For Match‑by‑Match Ticket Holders

  • Buying tickets — Tickets can be purchased online in advance or at the gate (subject to availability).
  • Digital tickets — All tickets are delivered digitally via email or the TicketCo Wallet.
  • Concessions & juniors — Reduced pricing is available for juniors, students, seniors, and military personnel.

How to access and name your match tickets

1. All individual match tickets are stored in your online via TicketCo

2. Log in to your account.

3. Click ‘My Account’ and select ‘My Tickets’

4. Select the tickets for the relevant match and click on ‘Name Ticket’

5. From there, you can either:

  • Matchday merchandise — The Nottingham Rugby Club Shop is open pre‑match, offering replica kits, training wear, scarves, hats, and accessories all for a low low price!
  • Payment options — Card, cash and contactless payments are accepted throughout.
  • New arrivals — Look out for limited‑edition items and seasonal drops.

Nottingham Rugby matchday programmes are delivered digitally through Zeeon. Each edition is released at 3pm the day before a fixture, giving fans the chance to catch up ahead of kick-off.

For each home match-day our itinerary shall be published on Zeeon, where you can also read up on the team news for each team, any club news and updates, and sponsor news and opportunities.

When your down at The Bay, there is a plethora of options for food & drink to keep you fuelled and full of energy for the game that lies ahead:

  • Food vendors — A range of hot food options are available, including burgers, pizzas, and matchday classics.
  • Bars & beverages — The White Marquee plays host to The Archers bar, wheere we serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks. ID may be required for alcohol purchases.
  • Local vendors — The Bay regularly partners with local food and drink businesses to enhance the matchday experience.
  • Opening times — Food and drink outlets open 90 minutes before kick‑off and remain open throughout the match.
