Jordan started playing rugby at the age of 6 in Dublin for a well-known club called Clontarf. While in school, he went on to win the junior cup and senior cup twice for Clongowes Wood College; the biggest schools’ competitions in Ireland. From school, he was drafted into the Leinster rugby academy for 4 years and made his Leinster senior debut against the Dragons at the age of 20.

During his 4 years at Leinster, he went to the rugby U20 World Cup where Ireland beat the hosts South Africa in the first game of the competition scoring a try in the process. He was part of the Leinster A side who won the British and Irish cup twice. After his 4 years with Leinster, he signed a contract with rivals Munster where he went on the make 8 appearances scoring 1 try against the Cardiff Blues. After a season with Munster, he joined the green and whites of Nottingham and has made just short of 50 appearances.
