Steve has worked with the club in various roles since 2001, firstly working as a development officer for the RFU before later joining as the Green and Whites’ community, and then first XV manager. He then re-joined the club in February 2015 as general manager, overseeing a new era at Lady Bay.
In between his time at Nottingham, Steve was a partnership development manager for six years, working in education, facilities management in a number of leisure facilities and was also a club coach and director of rugby at Burton Rugby Club.
