It’s also designed to help maintain the club’s proud tradition of giving talented young players a pathway into professional rugby whilst also setting them up with a higher education qualification or providing a great opportunity to develop invaluable experience for life after rugby.

The club is also working with various educational providers to support talented young players to play at Championship level where appropriate.  A wide variety of courses and apprenticeships are available through Nottingham Trent University, University of Nottingham, Nottingham College and Bilborough College.
