Nottingham Rugby is delighted to welcome Carl Kirwan to Lady Bay for the 2020/21 season.
The 29-year-old has previously captained London Welsh, as well as playing experience at Rotherham Titans, Worcester Warriors in the Premiership.
The Flanker, who has made over 130 competitive senior appearances, will combine playing rugby and working within the construction industry.
Head Coach Neil Fowkes said: “Carl is a fantastic ball-carrier, he’s dynamic and a fantastic leader. He is certainly a great addition to our back-row and we’re really looking forward to seeing him go when the season returns. He brings a wealth of experience which will be vital during the 2020/21 season.”
