Nottingham Rugby will be hosting a boys school of kicking workshop down at Lady Bay on Monday 21st December 2020, with registration at 9.00am, finishing at 12.30pm.
Stu & Yappy will be holding workshops in Nottingham in the December holidays covering a mix of punting, goal kicking and drop goals.
School of Kicking’s expert tutors bring their years of experience in rugby kicking at all levels to not just show you how, but also explain the why behind our unique method of coaching.
Using their ‘one of a kind’ framework to structure our sessions the tutors will guide you through a progressive approach to kicking which means anyone can kick with more power, more accuracy and less injury. Our workshops are a mix of focus and fun which make them both enjoyable and valuable.
Players will receive instruction, see demonstrations and play specifically designed games to develop technique. They will experience feedback, encouragement and challenge as they take huge steps forward in their journey of learning.
They will finish the day with a reflection on key learning points and a coaching card to take home to inform ongoing practice.
** Please note this workshop is aimed at ages 11+**
