David Williams is set to make his 150th Nottingham Rugby appearance, having been named in the starting XV for this weekends RFU Championship fixture away against Chinnor.

Williams, who made his debut for the club on 22nd October 2016 against Leinster ‘A’ away in Dublin, has become the spearhead of the Archers side during his time here.
His outstanding try-scoring record (92 in 149 games) has consistently seen him in the running for the leagues top try scorer come the end of each season.

Nottingham head coach, Craig Hammond, quoted “David is an outstanding bloke.”
“Not only is he unbelievable on the pitch, he’s even better off of it.”
“He is a huge influence around the club and that is a real testament to him as a person.”

David has been captaining the side for the majority of this season, another demonstration of his influence around the club.
