Nottingham Rugby’s February holiday camp, in partnership with The Cassidy Group, has proved to be an incredible success, with more than 50 children coached by our professional staff over the course of the week.

The camps are designed to provide children with a fun and accessible rugby environment, teaching the basics skills of the sport with the support of professional NRFC players.

With the support of club sponsor, The Cassidy Group and the hard work and dedication of the community team, the camp was one of the most successful the club has hosted at The Bay.

Nottingham Rugby Chief Operating Officer Steve Smith said: “I am delighted to see our camps growing and thriving.

“The support of community sponsor The Cassidy Group alongside the work of our office team has led to one of our most successful camps in a long time.

“I am very proud of the effort and input shown by our community coaches, Josh Salathiel and Sam Bignall for their work in creating a fun camp for a wide range of ages and abilities.”

Nottingham Rugby will host two more holiday camps throughout the Easter holidays at both Lady Bay and Southwell RFC.
