Nottingham Rugby is hosting a residents’ meeting at The Bay where we invite a wider audience including some of our key staff and other stakeholders to listen to those areas of concerns. Thereafter we can consider the options of updating our Event Management Plan considering feedback from this meeting and around noise. We are also taking the opportunity to update the residents on the site development plan, along with Kieron Killey (Events General Manager) and Paul Taylor (Rugby General Manager) providing details of our events calendar and matchday plans for the 2025-2026 season.

The meeting will be held in our marquee at 7pm on Tuesday 22nd July at The Bay and we will be providing refreshments.

Residents are invited in providing ‘constructive’ feedback where we can then collate which will assist the club in any revision required to our Event Management Plan.

This meeting will play a big part in our future planning application as a key local area involvement meeting.
