2 NTU students involved with the Nottingham Rugby squad for their pre-season fixture against London Scottish.
Hobie Riches and Bronson Mellowes were both named on the bench for Nottingham Rugby’s final pre-season fixture, having been training with the Champ Rugby side over the past weeks.
Both made appearances in the second half of the game, where Nottingham came away 52-17 victors.
NTU head coach, Dave Ross, commented “I thought both lads make a real impact on the game.”
“They were both very physical, and the scrum was good, I’m really proud of them both.”
“The relationship we have with Nottingham is extremely valuable, and you can really see how well they have both progressed, along with the others involved in Nottingham training, over the course of pre-season.”
