Nottingham Rugby will be running a three-day Skills Camp during October, as part of The Cassidy Group’s Community Programme.

The camps will be led by the clubs Head Coach Neil Fowkes and Chief Operating Officer Steve Smith, with guest visits from players and coaching staff.

Each day will provide players with an experience of a professional coaching environment, with a focus on providing players with the knowledge and understanding of how to improve your game.

The camps will include the following:
•             Games – depending on current government and RFU guidelines
•             Development of your core skills
•             Specialised skills sessions delivered by quality coaches
•             Strength & Conditioning delivered by James Nolan
•             Nutrition for Rugby
•             Video analysis
•             Action planning for your future rugby development

Rugby Skills Camp Details:
Tuesday 20th October (Under 14 Camp / Year 9)
Wednesday 21st October (Under 15 Camp / Year 10)
Thursday 22nd October (Under 16 Camp / Year 11)

Each day will start with registration at 9.00am with the camp starting at 9.15am and finish at 3.30pm. Please note that you will need to bring your own packed lunch and drinks.

Cost: £30.00 per person
