The Archers faced a top Welsh Premiership side Aberavon RFC at the weekend. Losing out to the Welsh side 31-21. Our side showcased a huge pool of talent across the squad, trying out new combinations and new players out across the squad. Great to see new faces Marcus Ramage and Josh Goodwin get over the line to secure their first points for the club, and of course you know who, David Williams also crossing the white wash.
A lot of positives coming from the game with many players putting their best foot forward for this week. We face Cambridge RFC this Friday night at 7:45pm, our second and final challenge before the start of the competitive league season. We hope to see as many fans down to the game as possible as we take our preparations to a new level going forward.
