THE Archers are delighted to welcome the signing of Number Eight, Suvwe Obano.
Suvwe joins Nottingham after most-recently representing Ampthill in the Championship last season. He was involved in Ampthill’s 31-15 victory over The Archers back in March.
Suvwe is joined by the re-signing of Jack Ramshaw, Scott Hall, George Cox and Carl Kirwan, who all played an integral part in the Championship for Nottingham last season.
Head Coach Craig Hammond said: “We’re thrilled to be able to keep the likes of Jack Ramshaw, Scotty Hall, George Cox and Carl Kirwan on for another year, and then being able to boost the back row with the signing of Suvwe Obano is great news for Nottingham, with his ball carrying ability. We’re really looking forward to seeing the boys out there.”
Season Tickets for the 2021-22 Championship season are still available to purchase ahead of the September start.
Season Tickets include all of Nottingham Rugby’s home league fixtures, as well as home cup group-stage games. Season Tickets are based on 14 home games.
