Nottingham Head Coach Craig Hammond has named his squad to face Cornish Pirates at The Bay tomorrow evening, 19:45.
The Archers come in to the game off the back of a reserve week in the fixture list, and Hammo says the time off has made the players come back with more hunger and desire to make a claim for the shirt.
He said: “A few guys got rested against Ealing and everyone has come back pretty hungry. Training this week has been intense and we’ve got good competition out there which is what we need.
“We haven’t got the biggest squad so we’ve got to keep everyone fit. Having weekends off helps those guys. It’s healthy and if you train well, you will get opportunities.”

Parking at The Bay will close at 18:45 with no cars except blue badge holders allowed on to the site. General parking is available at Scarrington Road from 18:00 costing just £3 per car.
