NOTTINGHAM Rugby can confirm the signing of three more players ahead of the 2020-21 season.

Ben Betts (Prop), Luke Frost (Second Row) and Ben Sugars (Hooker) will all don the Green and White strip this season.

Ben Betts is a familiar face to the Nottingham Rugby faithful, having made 11 appearances for Neil Fowkes’ men last season, scoring one try.

Luke Frost joins from London Scottish, who he joined in the summer of 2018 after graduating from Loughborough University with a first-class degree in Sports and Exercise Science.

Frost had a very successful 2019-20 campaign finishing joint top try scorer, and was also named as ‘Coaches’ Player of the Season’.

Sugars, who has played for Leeds Tykes (Yorkshire Carnegie) and Otley, joins Neil Fowkes’ front row.

Head Coach Neil Fowkes said: “We’re delighted to be able to welcome these three players to the club so close to the start of the season. They all have great experience in the game and they are certainly welcome additions to the squad.

“We’re also delighted to welcome Ben Betts back to the club. He had a good season with us last year so for us to be able to capture a player of his quality is great for the club.”
