Admin & Finance Administrator

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin & Finance Administrator to join the organisation and support the efficient running of the office and financial administration. This role is ideal for a highly organised and detailed individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing a variety of administrative and finance-related tasks.

The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining smooth office operations while supporting the finance function with accurate record keeping invoicing and financial coordination. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

Office administration

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure the office runs efficiently
    • Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders when required
    • Manage office equipment, facilities and service providers
    • Maintain databases and spreadsheets
    • Handle incoming calls, emails and visitor enquiries
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments and internal communications

Financial administration

  • Process invoices, purchase orders and expense claims
    • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
    • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
    • Support preparation of financial reports and spreadsheets
    • Reconcile receipts and assist with expense tracking
    • Liaise with the finance team regarding payroll when required

Administrative support

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and wider teams
    • Manage the completion and administration of contracts
    • Coordinate raffle prizes and community requests
    • Manage data collection and reporting from community programme sessions
    • Prepare documents, reports and presentations as required
    • Maintain confidential records and organisational documentation
    • Support the coordination and delivery of events and bookings
    • Assist with supplier documentation and contract administration
    • Provide support with match day set-up when required

The candidate will have

  • Proven experience in an administrative or finance support role
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
