The friendliness and helpfulness of Nottingham Rugby staff has been highlighted in our first ever Fans’ Survey.

Our Fans’ Survey was released for the first time at the beginning of December, and the results have now been analysed by the club.

This was an opportunity for fans to air their views on all aspects of the matchday experience which is an important part of the club’s engagement with supporters. It covered all aspects of the club, from ticketing to matchday refreshments.

78% of supporters agreed that ‘The club recognises and values the support of fans’, whilst pleasingly, 79% agreed that ‘Nottingham Rugby staff & stewards are helpful and friendly’.

It was interesting to see that 80% of our supporters follow the latest news and updates on social media, with 68% of supporters looking to keep up-to-date on our team website. 77% of those supporters agree that ‘The Nottingham Rugby website is informative and up-to-date’.

80% of Nottingham Rugby supporters agree ‘Nottingham Rugby’s ticket prices are good value for money’.

Steve Smith, Chief Operating Officer for Nottingham Rugby, said: “We wanted to launch a Fans’ Survey so we can gauge how our supporters see their Rugby club at present. We had many responses, with a wide range of answers which is exactly what we were looking for.

“We will now sit down as a club at delve even deeper in to the survey to see where we need to improve and where we are already meeting or exceeding expectations.”
