Nottingham Rugby is an ambitious organisation looking for a talented and committed individual to join the senior management team. The General Manager will work closely with the Chief Executive to ensure all areas of operation are delivered to a high standard and in line with budgets and growth targets for the organisation.
The GM will lead on all off field matters and be responsible for the delivery of all match day operations, events and activities, ticketing, community programmes, sponsorship, sales, marketing, and hospitality. They will support the rugby department with administration and other requirements and work closely with the Head of Food & Beverage on developing Archers Sports Bar into a sustainable business unit.
Nottingham Rugby plays in the RFU Championship – the second tier of professional rugby union leagues in England. The club is based at Lady Bay Sports Ground (The Bay), sharing the facility with Nottingham Corsairs Rugby and Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club.
The successful candidate will have an important role in supporting the Chief Executive and Board of Directors in ensuring that the club can become more financially sustainable whilst investing resources in the development of the ground at The Bay.
